I am informed by Ms. Newton that 3 Bail Applications listed Sr. Nos.917, 33 and 54 are all accused persons in the same crime. 3.

Mr. Salunke, learned Advocate appears for Applicant in Sr. No.33. He would submit that Applicants in that Application are incarcerated for almost 5 years. He would inform the Court that Applicant in Sr. No.54 is incarcerated for more than 4 years. Though he would inform the Court that at Sr. Nos.917 and 54, Advocate Mr. Ravishankar Dwivedi is appearing for the two Applicants. 4.

In view of the above, Registry / Department is directed to tag Application at Sr. Nos.917, 33 and 54 together and place the same for hearing due to long incarceration of the Applicants on 13th March, 2025.
