When this application is called for hearing, the learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the trial is at the fag end. The investigating officer is now in the witness box. It is submitted that the trial can be completed at the earliest and this Court may consider issuing appropriate directions in that regard. 2.

Considering the stage of the trial being at the fag end and now, the investigating officer being in the witness box, this Court is of the opinion that instead of deciding this application on merits and making some observations, it would be appropriate that the trial itself is directed to be completed expeditiously. 3.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of, with a direction to the concerned trial Court to complete the trial
