a) The statement of the Bhanudas Laxman Mhaskar, at page no. 166. It is on the point of assembly of the Applicant, deceased, coaccused and visit at that place by assailant accused no. 1-Pravin. b) The statement of the Suraj Laxman Patil, at page no. 176. It is also on the point of assembly on 12/04/2022. c) The statement of another Suraj Sunil Patil, at page no. 182. It is on the point of the assembly on 12/04/2022. Also on the point of extra judicial confession by this Applicant. To show that the Applicant is doing business of sale of chickens, the license is on page no. 225 and to show opening of the beer shop license an application by his father, reliance is on the application on page no. 227. 2.
According to him, all these evidence are not sufficient to warrant further detention. The benefit of the parity is also claimed. The order is on page no. 211 of the co-accused Ajinkya Ramdas Patil. 3.
As against this learned APP and learned Advocate for the first informant opposed the bail on the following grounds:- a) On the basis of above materials.
b) The memorandum statement of the Pravin showing the willingness to produce the weapon and showing the places of 2/3
concealment of the dead body, at page no. 50. c) The statement of one Dilkhush Patil, at page no. 178. It is on the point of the assembly on 12/04/2022 and the Applicant calling on Cell No. 8329234146.

Wherein accused no. 1 Pravin purchased the sim card in the name of the witness-Adesh but used it personally. 4.
