After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for some time, it is observed that though the charge-sheet is filed, the matter based on circumstantial evidence and the charge is not framed yet. Material collected by the investigating agency is in connection with CCTV footage, which has been disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant.

Accordingly, the matter is adjourned for a period of three weeks. If the charge is framed in between, the matter could be considered. Even otherwise, if the the charge is not framed during the said period, learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to argue the matter.
