After arguing for some time and when this Court was inclined to dismiss the application, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

This Court is informed that there are only 17 witnesses proposed to be examined by the prosecution. Practically, it is seen that fewer witnesses are usually examined, indicating that the trial can be completed in an expeditious manner.

The trial is expedited and the applicant is directed to cooperate with the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the trial.
