The Applicant is in long incarceration from 01.03.2021. The present Application has been listed from 21.03.2024 onwards for the last one year. The prosecution shall inform the status of the trial to the Court specifically. The indictment of the Applicant is on the basis of the circumstantial evidence along with the co-accused i. e. Accused No. 1. The Applicant was arrested subsequently after three months after the occurrence of the incident on 01.01.2021.
