Since offences under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, are also registered in the present case, it becomes necessary to add victim girls as parties to the present application. There is some confusion as to whether all the three respondents i.e. respondent Nos.2, SHRIKANT SHRINIVAS MALANI SHRIKANT SHRINIVAS MALANI Date: 2024.08.06 19:11:37 +0530 3 and 4 have been served. In that light, the High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to appoint an advocate from its panel to appear on behalf of the said respondents.
