Applicant is indicted and arrested in under provisions of Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'NDPS Act'). He is incarcerated since 2 years 2 months. She would submit that Applicant was apprehended with 57.48 grams of Mephedrone in a chance recovery. She would submit that non-compliance of Section 50 of the NDPS Act is the only ground made out by Applicant. She would submit that on the notice informing the Applicant about his rights under Section 50 of the NDPS Act, there are two signatures of Applicant which are different.

Prosecution shall take cognizance of the same and considering the long incarceration of Applicant, the matter shall be placed on 18th March, 2025 at 02:30 p.m.
