Applicant is one of the four Accused indicted for offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) read with Sections 20(b)(ii)(C), 22(b), 27, 27-A, 28, 29 and 30 of the Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'NDPS') for possession of 1.2 kgs of contraband i.e. Charas.
