The Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.624 of 2021 registered with Malegaon Taluka Police Station, District-Nashik for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 108, 120(B) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations are that of the murder of Devidas Thakre. The statement of the eye witness-Kakaji Rajendra Solse is specifically implicating the Applicant. The post mortem report and other incriminating material sufficiently establishes prima facie involvement of the Applicant in the offence in question.

The charge is already framed against the applicant. 4.

That being so, no case is made out.
