At the outset, Mr. Agarkar, learned APP submits that in the present case, as against the applicant accused, the investigating authority has time till 12.08.2024 to file the charge-sheet. 2.

In that light, it is submitted that since the investigating authority is in the process of compiling material and filing the charge-sheet, this Court may consider taking up this application on a future date. 3.
