It is true that this Court has already rejected the bail application of this Applicant on 7th July 2023 (page 189). Liberty was granted to pray for bail if the trial will not commence in six weeks. Applicant have taken chance before the trial Court. However, it was rejected on 16th February 2024 (page 197). Learned trial Court observed the case is not committed. Now, it is commited as submitted by the learned APP. 2.

Let the matter be fixed after reopening. By that time, place copy of roznama.

Learned Advocate Mr. Tamhankar tried to submit that offence under Section 307 of IPC is not made out. There is no examination report of the Police vehicles. It is one of the material to assess the damage. Another material is spot panchanama.

Learned APP seeks time to address the Court. However, this has to be seen whether it is new ground for bail. 5.
