In this case, the applicant has remained behind bars since 24.07.2019. It would be appropriate that the learned APP reports to this Court about the exact status of the proceedings before the Trial Court, as the learned counsel for the applicant is pressing for relief on the ground of long incarceration and remote possibility of the trial being completed within a reasonable period of time.
