The learned APP submits that in Bail Application No. 1334 of 2023 affidavit-in-reply could not be filed as the investigating officer is busy in another case.

Mr. Mishra, the learned Counsel for the applicant in Bail Application No. 3622 OF 2023 submits that in view of delay in hearing of the bail application no. 3622 of 2023, the applicant desires to renew the prayer for bail on medical grounds. 8.
The State shall take instructions regarding the prayer of the applicant for bail on medical grounds.
