In this group of 5 bail applications, it is pointed out that order dated 07.05.2024 passed by this Court granting time in Bail Application No.1334 of 2024 to the respondent to file reply affidavit, was challenged before the Supreme Court by filing Special Leave Petition (Criminal) No.7061 of 2024. 2.

The said special leave petition was dismissed with a request to this Court to dispose of the said bail application on the next date of hearing. Today is the next date of hearing.

It is obvious that it was not brought to the notice of the Supreme Court that Bail Application No.1334 of 2024 is necessarily required to be heard 2/3

alongwith 4 connected bail applications. Hearing of all the 5 bail applications together will obviously take time.
