Applicant is indicted for the offences punishable under Section 376(2)(j)(n) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 4, 6, 8 and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 4.

Record indicates that on 01.04.2024 the direction has been given to the Investigating Officer to file report. After taking consent of Respondent No.2 as to whether she requires legal representation, learned Prosecutor shall apprise the Court after taking appropriate instructions from the Investigating Officer on the next adjourned date.
