A learned Single Judge by Order dated 02.07.2024 had issued notice to the Respondent No. 2.

The Respondent No. 2 had appeared through Advocate and filed affidavit opposing grant of bail to the Applicant. On 14.08.2024, as none appeared for the Respondent No. 2, to give one more opportunity to the Respondent No. 2, the learned Single Judge adjourned the matter to 21.08.2024.

By Order dated 22.08.2024, the learned Single Judge had directed the registry to verify and place the matter before the appropriate Court.

As the first Bail Application of the present Applicant has been dismissed by this Court by Order dated 12.03.2024, registry has placed this matter before this Court.

Today, as none appeared for the Respondent No. 2 in the morning session, the matter was kept back in the afternoon session. In the afternoon session also none appeared for the Respondent No. 2. 6.

As learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent No. 2 has failed to appear, Mr. Shreyas Barsawade, learned counsel is appointed to represent interest of Respondent No. 2.
