Learned APP seeks time to file affidavit-in-reply to the Bail Application as well as to verify the position, as reflected in the say filed on behalf of the victim dated 12.08.2024. The State is also directed to file affidavit-in-reply with respect to the factual position regarding say filed by the victim. Learned APP states that affidavit-in-reply will be filed within two weeks from today.

It is the contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant is facing health issues. The affidavit-in-reply of the State shall also incorporate the position regarding health issues of the Applicant. 3.
