The Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that till date copy of charge sheet is not placed on record though directed. Learned APP undertakes to place the copy of charge sheet within a period of two days. Liberty is granted to the Learned Counsel for the Applicant to peruse the charge sheet and then amend the application by incorporating the grounds. Such amendment shall be carried out within one week.
