Learned counsel for the Applicant has not annexed the earlier order passed by this Court in Bail Application No.1251/2019.

Learned APP states that the trial has progressed and as of today nine witnesses are already examined and the tenth witness is in the witness box. Therefore, there is substantial progress in the trial.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the Applicant is directed to annex the earlier order passed in Deshmane(PS)

14-BA-1380-24.odt Bail Application No.1251/2019 as well as depositions of the witnesses. Amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The matter be listed for further consideration on 25.7.2024. It is clarified that the trial Court shall make all efforts to conclude the trial as early as possible. Longer dates may not be given. The prosecution will take all steps to produce all the witnesses on regular dates. The defence shall also cooperate with early disposal of the trial.
