Having regard to the nature of the accusation, especially the fact that the FIR came to be lodged after the victim allegedly conceived, it may be expedient to hear the victim before the prayer for bail is decided. 3.
The applicant to implead the victim as a party respondent to this application.
Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 4.
Issue notice to the respondents.

The learned APP waives notice for respondent No.1/State.
