Complainant's aunt, who is present in the Court today, submits that the Complainant wants to appoint private counsel and for that purpose, she requires 2 weeks time. She also submits that the Complainant's mother is unwell. 2.

By order dated 6th October 2025, Ms. Kanchan Pawar, learned Advocate from the panel of Legal Aid Services, was appointed to represent the Respondent No.2-Complainant, on a request made by the Complainant herself, who was present in the Court on that date.

Considering that Ms. Kanchan Pawar, learned Advocate, has gone through the matter and has taken efforts to prepare for the matter and at this stage, the Complainant seeks to engage a private advocate, it is appropriate that the Complaint pays an amount of Rs.1,000/- to Ms. Kanchan Pawar, for the efforts taken by her in preparing the matter.

This is on the basis that the Complainant herself had sought legal aid service.

The amount be paid to Ms. Kanchan Pawar, learned Advocate, within one week from today.

Stand over to 23rd December 2025.

Ms. Roshni Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, however, submits that the Complainant is continuously changing her counsel and delaying the matter. 7.
