In this bail application, the matter is placed before this Court as per the Office report, that the Anticipatory Bail Application No.496 of 2022 of the co-accused was decided by the order dated 12th March 2024 by this Court. 2.

Heard Mr. Mayur Sanap for the Applicant and Mr. Arfan Sait, learned APP for the State.

The order dated 12th March, 2024 mentions that the learned APP had made a statement that the Investigating Agency

2 / 2 14-ba-1409-2024.odt did not want to arrest the Applicant. In view of that statement, learned counsel for the Applicant had not pressed that application. The said application was not decided on merits. There was concession given by the Investigating Agency. Therefore, in the light of this fact, Office to verify whether the present bail application of the co-accused would lie before this bench or before the other co-ordinate bench taking up bail matters.

The order dated 12th March 2024, shall be verified by the registry in that perspective and the present application be placed before the appropriate bench.

This shall be done at the earliest since the Applicant is in custody.
