Ms. Savvy Kolhekar, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application for the reason that the Applicant/Accused already stands convicted by Judgment and Order dated 19th October 2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Nifad, Nashik in Sessions Case No.75 of 2021. Thereafter, he filed Criminal Appeal No.1257 19th August 2025

16-BA-1415-2024.DOC of 2024 before this Court. By an order dated 7th April 2025, this Court has passed an order enlarging the Applicant on bail on furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one or two sureties in the like amount. This Court has also imposed other conditions on him. Ms. Savvy Kolhekar, learned counsel, has tendered the said order on record. 2.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in the present Application and the permission to withdraw is granted.
