Mr. Yogesh Dabke, learned APP representing the State in the matter, submits that charges are already framed on 24th September 2025 and the prosecution intends to examine only 10 witnesses.

Considering the age of the Victim at the time of incident was only 4 years, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.
