Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

At the outset the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the application so as to implead the victim as party respondent No. 2.

Necessary amendment by appropriately concealing the identity of the victim be carried out forthwith. 4.

Issue notice to the respondents 5.

Learned APP waives notice to respondent No. 1. 6.

Investigating officer shall serve respondent No. 2 and file report of service. The applicant shall provide a copy of application to the investigating officer for being served on respondent No. 2. 7.
