Application is moved by the Applicant on the ground of medical bail. It is prima facie seen that Applicant's father is unwell. 3.
Learned APP would submit that reports which are submitted are 6 months old. Be that as it may, on the ground of health condition of a family member, this Court does not take up matters for hearing on out of turn basis in the medical bail category. Nevertheless,
