DATED:- 16th OCTOBER, 2024 PC :- 1) This Court on 23rd February, 2023, requested the trial Court to make an endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible and liberty was granted to the applicant to move afresh, if the trial is not concluded within the period of nine months from the date of receipt of the said order.
