Learned counsel for the respondent-DRI submits that a copy of the present application was served only yesterday i.e. on 07/05/2024. She requests for some time to take instructions.

This Court by order dated 23/02/2023 passed in Bail Application No. 2731 of 2022, directed the trial Court to complete the trial within 9 months. However, I am informed that even the charge has not yet been framed. 3.

In the meantime, the prison authorities to provide proper medical care to the applicant and submit a report about his health condition on the next date.
