This is a classic case of misuse of the facility extended by this Court to hear the matters without formal mentioning. Such procedural concessions are intended to save the time of the Court. However, in this case, the advocate has abused this privilege by filing an improper praecipe. As a deterrent measure, the applicant is directed to deposit a sum of 10,000/- within one week from ₹ today. Failing such deposit, the amount shall be recovered as arrears of land revenue.
