No.720 of 2023 arising out of FIR bearing C.R. No.579 of 2023, under Sections 376-D, 376(2)(n), 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012 and Sections 67, 67-A of the Information Technology Act registered with Bhiwandi Taluka police station. Thereby, the Applicant has been acquitted for the alleged offences. 2) The aforesaid Bail Application is arising out of said crime. As such, the Application does not survive and stands disposed of.
