It is noted that despite specific direction issued in the order dated 10.10.2024 to list Criminal Application Nos.433 of 2024 and 435 of 2024 filed by the first informant and the State respectively, for cancellation of bail of co-accused person, the said applications are not shown on board with the present application for bail filed on behalf of the applicant. 1/2

In that light, the papers pertaining to the said two applications were called and the said applications were taken on board. By these applications, since the prayer is made for cancellation of bail granted to the co-accused person i.e. Kavita Kamalkant Shah, issue notice to the respondent therein i.e. Kavita Kamalkant Shah, returnable on 25.11.2024, High on Board. 3.
The notice shall be served through the investigating officer and a report shall be placed before this Court within two weeks from today. Bail Application No.1482 of 2024 with Interim Application (Stamp) No.20196 of 2024 in Bail Application No.1482 of 2024 .
