In compliance with the order dated 23.01.2025, Mr. Solvani, learned Advocate for Applicant has taken appropriate instructions from the Applicant who is incarcerated through her son and Applicant has placed before the Court two proposals to show her bonafides and bring the amount before the Court. Applicant is a lady. According to Applicant, she is required to return an amount of Rs.35 lakhs, which is however refuted by the learned APP Mr. Karmakar. 3.

According to Mr. Karmakar on prima facie instructions the amount would be in excess of Rs.1 crore. He is directed to file report explaining the aforesaid recovery position. Report shall be filed on or before Friday i.e. 14th February 2025.

I propose to hear the parties on the twin proposals which are given on the next adjourned date after Mr. Karmakar places the report before the Court.

List the Bail Application on Board on 14th February 2025 for directions.
