Heard Mr. Shailesh Kharat, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that on account of medical condition of the Applicant, Applicant has been admitted in the hospital. He submits that a report to that effect be called for from the Jail Authorities. 2.

Dr. Ashvini Takalkar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that she would call for a report from the Jail Authorities on medical condition of the Applicant and the reason for the Applicant being admitted in the hospital. She requests for a week's time to call for a medical report of Applicant from the Jail Authorities. 3.
