The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application. The learned counsel for the applicant, however, submits that as the applicant is in jail for more than three years, the trial may be expedited and if the trial is not concluded within a reasonable time, liberty be granted to file fresh bail application.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for more than three years, the Trial Court shall make an endeavour to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible. Liberty is granted to file fresh application, if the trial is not concluded within a period of one year.
