The learned APP seeks time to take instructions and file an affidavit-in-reply and also deal with the contentions that the photographs snapped during the course of drawing of inventory panchnama have not been supplied to the applicant despite directions by the learned Special Judge.

Affidavit-in-reply be filed and its copy supplied to the applicant on or before 14th November, 2024.
