Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The applicant has been admitted in Lilavati Hospital pursuant to an order passed by this Court on 8th April, 2024. 3.

Mr. Kadam, the learned counsel for the applicant invites attention of the Court to a report submitted by Interventional Cardiologist dated 14th June, 2024. It appears that the said report is submitted at the request of the applicant.

The applicant has been hospitalized for over three months. The Superintendent/Chief Medical Officer, Lilavati Hospital shall furnish a fresh report to the Court regarding the health condition of the applicant on the points indicated in the order dated 22nd April, 2024, on or before 1st July, 2024.
