In this application, it is submitted on behalf of the applicant that the respondent No.2 (informant) has been served, as the case involves offences under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO Act). The order dated 10th April 2024 simply records that copy of the application would be served on respondents, as the learned APP made a grievance that copy of the application was not served.

In this backdrop, the applicant shall make available an additional set of papers with the Investigating Officer within one week from today, for service on respondent No.2. 3.

The Investigating Officer shall ensure that the respondent No.2 is served before the next date of listing.
