In this application, on 15.07.2024, this Court had directed respondent No.2 to be served with a copy of the papers through the investigating officer. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that papers pertaining to the present application were already served on the police station on 27.06.2024.

The learned APP does not have clear instructions whether the respondent No.2 has been served. In these circumstances, the applicant shall serve an additional set of papers afresh on the investigating officer within one week from today.

The investigating officer shall ensure that the respondent No.2 is served at the earliest.

Upon service, if the respondent No.2 desires to have legal aid, the High Court Legal Services Committee shall immediately appoint an advocate from its panel to represent respondent No.2 before the next date of listing. 6.
