Pursuant to the Order dated 3rd July 2024, the Assistant Director of Regional Forensic Science Laboratory, State of Maharashtra, Home Department, Nashik ("FSL") has submitted a Report consisting of 4 envelopes which are in sealed condition. Three out of four envelopes
01-BA-1548-2024.doc have been opened in the Court.

One video file (duration 1 Minute 45 Seconds) which was not opening earlier, is seen from the CD which has been submitted by the FSL.

As noted herein above the said Report contained in 3 packets are unsealed. The 4th packet containing 9 Exhibits − 2 Cellular Phones (SIM's+MMC), 1 Pen-Drive, 1 Memory Card, and 25 Ref. Photos, which is in sealed condition, is not opened in the Court. Three envelopes which have been opened in Court, are re-sealed and handed over to the learned APP. The said 4th packet is not opened in the Court and the same is also handed over to the learned APP.

Learned APP is requested to provide necessary copies to the learned Counsel for the Applicant and learned Counsel for the Intervenor.
