After hearing arguments of Mr. Khan, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mrs. Bajoria, learned APP for the Respondent - State for some time, I have expressed my mind to the learned Advocate for the Applicant that I am not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, Mr. Khan, learned Advocate for the Applicant would persuade me to permit withdrawal of the Application in that view of the matter. 2.
