Heard Mr. Nikam, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Yadav, learned APP for the Respondent - State. 2.
After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, Mr. Nikam, learned counsel for the Applicant requests that liberty be granted to the Applicant to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of eight months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
