Heard Mr. Agandsurve, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP for Respondent No.1 - State. 2.

The age of the prosecutrix is 46 years whereas Applicant's age is 41 years old as informed by the learned Advocate for Applicant. 3.

Considering the facts in the present case, I direct the learned Advocate for Applicant to implead the prosecutrix as Respondent No.2 to the present Application. Necessary amendment is permitted to be carried out forthwith in the presence of the Court. Re-verification stands dispensed with.

Issue notice to Respondent No.2. Humdast permitted.

Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP waives service on behalf of Respondent No.1 - State.

Mr. Agandsurve, learned Advocate for Applicant is directed to serve a copy of the Application to the concerned APP and Investigating Officer directly without delay. 7.

Investigating Officer is directed by this Court to depute a lady police officer and obtain Respondent No.2's consent for legal representation so that appropriate order can be passed on the next adjourned date for appointment of Legal Aid Advocate to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No.2.

Let the above exercise be carried out within a period of one week from today. Learned APP shall coordinate with the IO concerned and intimate this order to him.

Let the aforesaid exercise be completed within a period of one week from today.
