After hearing for some time and when this court was not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for Applicant seeks permission to withdraw present Bail Application. However, at this stage he prays for expediting the trial and grant of liberty to move afresh despite trial is expedited and there is no progress in the trial. 2.

Considering the request made by the Applicant and the fact that Applicant is in jail from 1st April 2016, learned Trial Court is MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE Date: 2024.06.13 11:02:07 +0530 MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE directed to expedite the trial and conclude it in next four months. 3.

If trial is not concluded within four months, liberty is granted to the Applicant to move afresh.
