The applicant has been arraigned in CR No.76 of 2021 registered with Trombay Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 376A, 376B, 341, 342, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("the Penal Code") and Sections 4, 6, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ("POCSO").

The victim has not been impleaded as party respondent to this application.

The applicant shall amend the application so as to implead the victim as a party respondent to this application. 6.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a week. 7.

Issue Notice to the respondents.

The learned APP waives notice for respondent No.1/State.

The applicant shall furnish a copy of the amended application to respondent No.1/State.

10.

In addition to notice through Court, Investigating Officer shall serve respondent No.2 and file report of service. 11.

The applicant shall furnish a copy of the application to the Investigating Officer for service of notice on respondent No.2.

12.

Stand over to 12th June, 2024.
