Ms. Gaonkar, learned Advocate for Applicant would persuade the Court to allow her to comply with the directions contained in order dated 17.04.2024. Applicant is indicted under the provisions of IPC and POCSO. In that view of the matter prosecutrix is required to be joined as party through concerned Police Station. Amendment is permitted to be carried out forthwith in the presence of Court itself. Reverification stands dispensed with. 3.

Learned APP has placed on record notice which was issued by previous order through concerned Investigating Officer on the prosecutrix/victim/legal guardian of the prosecutrix and has submitted that consent has been obtained for appointment of Advocate

In that view of the matter Ms. Aneesa Cheema, learned Advocate and Counsel practicing in this Court (Mobile No.8390745792) is appointed to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No.2 through the Legal Aid. The Legal Aid department is directed to give her appointment letter to that effect.

Registry is directed to provide copy of the present Application to appointed Advocate Ms. Cheema within a period of one week from today.

The appointed Advocate on behalf of Respondent No.2 is directed to peruse the papers and to be ready to address the Court on the next adjourned date. After hearing, present Application shall be decided by this Court.
