In pursuance of order dated 26th August 2024, the respondent No.2 (victim) has been served through the Investigating Officer and such a statement is made by the learned APP on instructions. It is further submitted that respondent No.2 desires to avail legal aid. Accordingly, the High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to forthwith appoint an Advocate from its panel to represent the respondent No.2. 2.

The applicant shall provide a copy of the papers pertaining to this application in the office of the High Court Legal Services Committee within one week from today.
