Ms. Charania, learned Advocate for Applicant would submit that Applicant is indicted under the provisions of NDPS Act for possession of 72 grams of Mephedrone (MD). She would submit that when the contraband was seized, it was mentioned as brown in colour whereas when the same was sent for chemical analysis, there is reference of white power and off-white powder.

In view of the above dichotomy, learned APP shall take appropriate instructions and inform the Court accordingly on the next adjourned date.
