The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the application so as to implead the victim as party respondent. 3.
Leave granted.

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week by appropriately concealing the identity of the victim. 5.
In the event the amendment is carried out and spare copies are furnished, issue notice to the respondents. 6.
Learned APP waives notice to respondent No. 1. 7.
The investigating officer shall serve respondent No. 2 and file report of service.

The applicant to furnish copy of the application to the investigating officer for being served on respondent No. 2. 9.
