Ms.Gotad, learned APP states that the prosecution intends to examine in all 20 witnesses out of which 2 have already been examined including the victim. She also states that trial is likely to be concluded in the next 2 to 4 months. 4.
In that view of the matter, the trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of five months from the date of this order.
